Dining at altitude – a meeting point for gourmets
A welcoming, wood-panelled dining room in the Hotel Lamark is the setting for magic culinary moments. Gourmets from near and far meet at this exquisite Zillertal Valley restaurant to delight in the creations of its chef, the young Alexander Fankhauser. He enchants both local guests and far-travelled critics with his creative combination of traditional recipes with a modern twist. Restaurant manager Christian offers competent assistance in selecting the perfect wines to accompany the seven or twelve course meal.

Home cooking in Tyrol – that means home-grown produce, such as lamb, from local suppliers, and the traditional recipes which Tyroleans have loved for generations. And so, in addition to classic haute cuisine, the menu also includes traditional Tyrolean dishes, interpreted and creatively refined in a contemporary manner.

We serve international dishes and Tyrolean specialties on the hotel’s sun terrace during the day; enjoy your meal whilst admiring the stunning alpine panorama. The Lamark-Stube, where our guests enjoy traditional dishes, is open daily in winter and in the summer from Thursday to Sunday.
